Throughout the program, you can fully experience the Black Sea atmosphere with 2 different plateau accommodations. The cool air of Ayder Plateau and the peaceful environment of Maçka are among the most special experiences of the tour. Additionally, with thermal hotel accommodation, both sightseeing and relaxation are offered together.

In Pokut Plateau, one of the most beloved plateaus of the Black Sea, a famous kuymak experience awaits you accompanied by a natural view. Additionally, within the tour;
the most popular spots in the region are also visited.
Batumi crossings are carried out with the new chip ID card. A passport is not required. Guests under 18 must have a notarized consent letter depending on their parental status. The decisions of the officials at the border crossings are valid.
Our tour departs from Izmir; participation can be made from the routes of Manisa, Akhisar, Balıkesir, and Bursa. You can comfortably explore the most special points of the Black Sea with comfortable transportation and an experienced team.
In our Black Sea and Batumi tour programs, a tiered pricing system is applied. Prices may increase as the quota fills up. Early booking is recommended to take advantage of advantageous prices.
2- CANCELLATION – TRANSFER - REFUND 2.1 The agency can cancel or postpone the trip with a 24-hour notice due to compelling reasons such as not reaching the required number of passengers for the trip to start or continue, adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, war risks, unforeseen technical issues, and similar reasons. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation. 2.2 The consumer can request a full refund of the amount paid if they cancel up to 5 days before the start of the service for domestic tours conducted by bus with 1-2-3 nights of accommodation. If cancellation is requested 4-0 days before the start of the service, no refund can be made. Changes made by the consumer are considered as cancellation. If the consumer does not participate in the program they registered for with a prepayment method and the written conditions are not met, they agree and commit to pay the tour price. The total tour price will be invoiced to the consumer. 2.3 For domestic tours with bus transportation and 4 nights or more of accommodation, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded. If cancellation is requested 6-0 days before the start of the service, no refund can be made. Changes made by the consumer are considered as cancellation. The consumer is obliged to pay the tour price if they do not participate in the program they registered for with a prepayment method and the written conditions are not met.
General Information for All Tours:
1- Participants are dropped off at the point where they board the vehicle. Additionally, no stops/passenger drop-offs are made at different points. The start and end times of our tours may not coincide with public transport schedules. We recommend you to plan all your arrangements accordingly. The times stated on the site are for informational purposes only, and the exact meeting time and point will be sent to you via SMS before the tour. If this information does not reach you before the tour, please contact our office.
2- The agency reserves the right to make changes in the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
3- Our agency cannot be held responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
4- Our tours are organized based on the number of participants.
5- Tours or trips that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
6- If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to be conducted, our agency has the right to cancel the tour with a notice of at least 5 days.
7- Child discounts are valid for children under 12 years old, provided they stay with 2 adults.
8- Tour enthusiasts have the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9- Participants do not have the opportunity to determine which room they will stay in. The hotels determine the rooms.
10- In hotels, especially in triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be a standard bed. An extra bed may be provided as a folding bed.
11- Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information.
12- Our agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted despite being mentioned in the tour program due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, crowding at visited places, etc.) or guests not complying with the times set by our guide.
13- Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program if deemed necessary.
14- During busy periods such as holidays, accommodations may be made in hotels different from those specified on the site, and the group may be split. Our agency cannot be held responsible for routes that cannot be visited due to crowding.
15- In discussions, verbal statements will not be taken into account. The details written in the tour program and your requests via email will be considered.
16- Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information as stated in the package tour contract, and it is the consumer's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the package tour contract are an inseparable part.
17- Seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, and dissatisfaction with hotel services prior to your service may lead to changes in the tour program content on www.gezitutkunlari.com. The most recently published circular supersedes the previous one.
