• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be realized, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational necessities.
• Due to possible traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a Museum Card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a Museum Card can enter using current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Adherence to the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, according to the package conditions.<\/p>
Dear guests; after welcoming you from the specified stops on the night of your choice, we begin our enjoyable journey with the comfortable buses of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. With the first light of the morning, we reach the ferry pier and begin to feel the unique island atmosphere as we cross to Gökçeada. After our ferry journey, we arrive at Dereköy, one of the best places reflecting the island's historical and cultural texture. In this impressive village, mentioned by Piri Reis as one of the two important settlements on the island in the 16th century, we embark on an unforgettable journey into the past during our pleasant walk among its historical laundry, stone houses, and authentic streets. Then, we give free time for you to fully experience the atmosphere of the region. After our free time, we change our route to Zeytinli Köyü, one of the most lively and beloved settlements of Gökçeada. In this charming village known for its famous dibek coffee and unforgettable mastic pudding, we have the opportunity to taste the unique flavors of the island during our free time. Next, we move to Tepeköy, where the Feast of the Virgin Mary is held, enchanting visitors with its natural beauties and unique views. After our visit here, we reach Kaleköy for one of the most special moments of the day. At Kaleköy, one of the most beautiful sunset points in Gökçeada, we watch the sunset against the enchanting view of the Aegean, capturing beautiful photos and enjoying our coffees while savoring this unique atmosphere. After our free time, we meet at the time determined by our guide and cross to Kabatepe Port by ferry. Then we reach our hotel in Çanakkale, have dinner, and comfortably unwind from the day's fatigue. We complete our day filled with beautiful memories and retire to rest.
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we head towards Geyikli Pier to explore Bozcaada, one of the most enchanting islands in the Aegean. While waiting for our ferry time, we give a short free time for you to enjoy tea and coffee with a sea view. Then, we board our ferry and after a pleasant sea journey lasting about half an hour, we arrive at Bozcaada. We start our tour on the island with Genoese Castle and Underwater Archaeology Museum, which have become symbols of Bozcaada. After exploring this unique atmosphere where history and the sea intertwine, we give free time for lunch at restaurants where you can experience the fresh and delicious fish of the Aegean. After lunch, guests who wish can take pleasant walks along the stone streets and the beach of Bozcaada, while others can continue to explore the island's natural beauties, enjoying unforgettable views around the Windmills and Mermer Burnu. During our free time, we also have the opportunity to taste the famous tomato jams prepared by local women and shop for special wines made from different grape varieties grown on the island. After sipping our tea by the sea in the peaceful atmosphere of Bozcaada and tasting the island's famous jams, we meet at the time determined by our guide to board our return ferry. After our ferry journey, we begin our return journey to Izmir and, depending on traffic and road conditions, we expect to arrive in Izmir between approximately 23:00 and 00:00. We bid farewell to you, our valued guests, by dropping you off at the points we picked you up from, and we look forward to seeing you again at the next GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization. Important Note: Due to road congestion, traffic, ferry times, fog, and weather conditions, our arrival time in Izmir may occur later than planned. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you plan your return flights, buses, or other transportation accordingly for the following day.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during holidays, semester breaks, New Year, official holidays, and similar special periods, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tours with flights, no refunds are made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests who make a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the points where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road status, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply for children under 12 years of age, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided during tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. In necessary cases, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and the requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement constitute an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The rates of deductions specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, or official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements to the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may occur until the tour date due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program with their own means. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
