• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are final and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road status, official decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar locations are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can enter using current applications and ticketing processes.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Outside of operational necessities, no off-route passenger drop-off will be made.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance processes is the responsibility of the participant.
• In programs with accommodation, hotel changes can be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract terms apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the tour start, according to the package conditions.

Yol üzerinde alacağımız kahvaltı molası (dahildir) sonrası ilk durağımız, adını aşk tanrıçası Afrodit’ten alan Afrodisias Antik Kenti oluyor. Antik çağın en önemli kültür ve sanat merkezlerinden biri olan bu eşsiz kentte Tetrapylon Kapısı’ndan geçiyor, hayatını bu bölgeye adamış arkeolog Kenan Erim’in izlerini takip ediyoruz.
Gezimiz sırasında Aphrodite Tapınağı, devasa stadyum, agora, tiyatro, odeon ve antik latrina gibi yapıları keşfederek tarihin derinliklerine doğru yolculuk yapıyoruz. Ardından antik kentten çıkarılan eserlerin sergilendiği müzeyi ziyaret ederek gezimizi tamamlıyoruz.
Tarih dolu keşfimizin ardından rotamızı lezzete çeviriyor ve Karacasu’nun meşhur pidesini tatmak üzere öğle yemeği molası veriyoruz (ekstra).
Günün ikinci bölümünde ise doğanın en huzurlu noktalarından biri olan Işıklı Göl’e hareket ediyoruz. Nilüfer çiçekleriyle süslenmiş bu eşsiz doğa harikasında göl manzarası eşliğinde serbest zaman veriyoruz. Dileyen misafirlerimiz, yaklaşık 1 saat süren 4 kişilik motorlu sandallarla yapılan Nilüfer Gölü turuna (ekstra) katılarak bu görsel şöleni yakından deneyimleyebilirler.
Doğa ve huzur dolu bu keyifli anların ardından İzmir’e dönüş yolculuğumuza başlıyoruz. Akşam saat 00:00 – 01:00 aralığında sizleri almış olduğumuz noktalara bırakarak bir başka GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organizasyonunda görüşmek üzere vedalaşıyoruz.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterrupted until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during holidays, semester breaks, New Year, official holidays, and similar special periods, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified time frames. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tours with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of the tour being canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are processed through the method of payment used. Due to processing times of banks and card companies, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making reservations are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road status, official decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined based on the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In the event that the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided during tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cut-off rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to join the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
By purchasing the tour, the customer is deemed to have accepted all items.
