Izmir Departure Beach & Alaçatı Night Club Tour
Departure from Izmir in the morning.
Our first stop will be the beach club. Our guests will be able to benefit from all the facilities of the beach throughout the day. Use of sunbeds, umbrellas, and showers is included in the tour price. There is one complimentary alcoholic cocktail. Free time at the beach will continue until around 17:00.
At around 17:00, we will head to Alaçatı, where guests will have free time in the Alaçatı market.
In the evening, entry will be made to one of Alaçatı's elite night clubs. Each guest will receive one complimentary alcoholic cocktail at the night club.
After the night entertainment, departure from the club will be around 02:00 and the journey back to Izmir will begin.
Important Note: Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It may be a minibus, midibus, or bus.

• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation claims arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to your registered contact information one day before the tour. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect reporting of contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar peak periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can access their entries through current practices and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Outside of operational obligations, off-route passenger drop-off is not performed.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance processes is the responsibility of the participant.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour under the package conditions.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made continuously up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified periods. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case the tour is canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card organizations, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes only. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach the participant, it is their responsibility to contact the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply for children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and the requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and compliance with entry requirements are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the date of the tour due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the times indicated by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to join the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
