Dear Guests; After welcoming you at the specified stops in the evening, we start our tour with the comfortable buses of TRAVEL ENTHUSIASTS.
Our first stop is the House of Virgin Mary, located on Bülbül Mountain and considered one of the holiest places in Christianity. While listening to our guide's information in this sacred area, where it is believed that Virgin Mary spent her last days, you also take a break at the wish wall and three wish fountains for your wishes.
After our visit to the House of Virgin Mary, we turn our route to Şirince, famous for its historical houses, narrow streets, and fruit wines. In this old Greek village, which is also mentioned in Dido Sotiriou's work “Send My Regards to Anatolia,” we take a pleasant walk through the stone streets, which stand out with their authentic architecture. We provide free time in the market, where homemade products prepared by women and local delicacies are available, allowing for shopping opportunities.
After our dinner break in Şirince, we head to the Ephesus Ancient City, one of the most important cities of the ancient world.
In the Ancient City of Ephesus, transformed into a different atmosphere under the night lights, we walk along the marble streets with our guide to explore the historical texture. **In the Ancient City of Ephesus, if participation from outside is not allowed due to unforeseen or undetermined events by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism or official institutions, a date change will be made, and all our guests will be informed at least one day in advance.
Important Note: Vehicle sizes will be arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a minibus, midi-bus, or bus.

• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times indicated by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incorrect or missing contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached to carry out the tour, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be fully refunded.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes due to traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the area.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar locations are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can gain entry through current applications and ticketing processes.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance processes is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standard.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter should inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Assurance Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, under the package conditions.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled unconditionally up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified periods. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds will be made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card issuers, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. There will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different points outside the program. The tour start and end times may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standard.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and the requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flight, ferry, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official decisions, etc. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and the conditions for entry into the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the times indicated by the guide are not followed, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
By purchasing the tour, the customer is deemed to have accepted all items.
