IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are final and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Changes in the specified routes or time restrictions may occur due to traffic and regional density during holidays, public holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region. • Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise specified in the program.
• Guests are responsible for obtaining Museum Cards for tours requiring them. Guests without a Museum Card can enter through current applications and ticketing procedures.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made unless operationally necessary.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants. • In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance processes is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, according to the package conditions.<\/p>

Our first stop is the House of Virgin Mary, located on Bülbül Mountain and considered one of the holiest sites in Christianity. Here, where it is believed that Virgin Mary spent her last days, you will listen to our guide's information and take a break at the wish wall and three wish fountains for your wishes.
After our visit to the House of Virgin Mary, we head towards Şirince, famous for its historic houses, narrow streets, and fruit wines. In this old Greek village, mentioned in Dido Sotiriou's work “Send My Regards to Anatolia,” we take a pleasant walk through the stone streets that stand out with their authentic architecture. We provide free time in the village square, where homemade products prepared by women and local delicacies are available for shopping.
After our dinner break in Şirince, we move on to the Ephesus Ancient City, one of the most important cities of the ancient world.
In the Ephesus Ancient City, transformed into a different atmosphere under the night lights, we explore the historical texture by walking along the marble streets with our guide. With the explanations we will provide in this large ancient city, of which approximately 10% has been unearthed, we closely feel the grandeur of Ephesus.

You can postpone your tour date by informing us at least 5 business days before the date of the tour. You can receive a refund for your tour fee by informing us at least 7 business days before the date of the tour. For programs with flights and international tours, you can receive a refund for your tour fee by informing us at least 30 business days in advance. Tour fee refunds will be made in the same manner as paid to the guest. For credit card payments, a 5% commission fee will be deducted from the remaining amount.
