• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be carried out, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar peak periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can access the entrance through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Outside of operational obligations, no off-route passenger drop-off will be made.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the tour start, according to the package conditions.

Our first stop is the House of Virgin Mary, located on Bülbül Mountain and considered one of the holiest places in the Christian world. Here, where it is believed that Virgin Mary spent her last days, we listen to our guide's information and take a moment for our wishes at the wish wall and three wish fountains.
After our visit to the House of Virgin Mary, we turn our route to Şirince, famous for its historical houses, narrow streets, and fruit wines. In this old Greek village, mentioned in Dido Sotiriou's work "Send My Regards to Anatolia," we enjoy a pleasant walk through the stone streets that stand out with their authentic architecture. We provide free time in the market, where homemade products prepared by women and local delicacies are found, offering shopping opportunities.
After our dinner break in Şirince, we head to the Ephesus Ancient City, one of the most important cities of the ancient world.
In the Ephesus Ancient City, which takes on a different atmosphere under the night lights, we walk along the marble streets with our guide, discovering the historical texture. With the explanations we will make in this large ancient city, of which approximately 10% has been unearthed, we closely feel the grandeur of Ephesus.
After our tour, we start our return journey to Izmir, bidding farewell to meet again on another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI journey around 22:00-23:00 at the points we picked you up.
**In case of events that may prevent outside participation due to unforeseen or undetermined dates by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism or official institutions in Ephesus Ancient City, a date change will be made, and all our guests will be informed at least one day in advance.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled without interruption up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed based on availability. Name changes are allowed. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event that the tour is canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are processed through the method of payment made. Due to the processing times of banks and card issuers, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All our guests who make a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the points where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach the participant, it is their responsibility to contact the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and Turkish ID number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times specified by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be taken into account, and the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for problems that may occur at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the departure times specified by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
All customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
