• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times indicated by the guide are final and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the area.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can enter using current practices and ticket office procedures.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-offs are not made except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times indicated by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance processes is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standard.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour under the package conditions.
Dear Guests; After welcoming you at the specified stops in the evening, we begin our tour with the comfortable buses of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI.
Our first stop is the House of Virgin Mary, located on Bülbül Mountain and considered one of the holiest places in Christianity. Here, where it is believed that Virgin Mary spent her last days, you will listen to our guide's information and take a break at the wish wall and three wish fountains for your wishes.
After our visit to the House of Virgin Mary, we head towards Şirince, famous for its historical houses, narrow streets, and fruit wines. In this old Greek village, featured in Dido Sotiriou's work "Send My Regards to Anatolia," we take a pleasant walk through the stone streets, which are notable for their authentic architecture. We provide free time in the village square, where homemade products prepared by local women and local delicacies are available for shopping.
After our dinner break in Şirince, we head to the Ephesus Ancient City, one of the most important cities of the ancient world.
In the Ephesus Ancient City, which takes on a different atmosphere under the night lights, we walk along the marble streets with our guide to explore the historical texture. With the narrations we will make in this large ancient city, of which about 10% has been unearthed, we closely feel the grandeur of Ephesus.
After our tour, we start our return journey to Izmir, bidding farewell to meet again on another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI trip around 22:00-23:00 at the points we picked you up.
**In case participation from outside is not allowed due to unforeseen or previously unplanned events by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism or official institutions in Ephesus Ancient City, date changes will be made, and all our guests will be informed at least one day in advance.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full paid amount will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) prior to and after the tour date. Refunds are not possible for cancellation requests made outside the specified time frames. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs including flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of the tour being canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds will be made through the method of payment used. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary due to the processing times of banks and card issuers. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification is not received, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years of age, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standard.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency does not have discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement constitute an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the departure times indicated by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to join the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
All customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
