• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and no refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be conducted, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times due to weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Changes in the routes specified in the program or time restrictions may occur due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to an additional fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region. • Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a Museum Card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a Museum Card can enter using current practices and box office procedures.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off will not be performed except for operational obligations.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants. • In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In programs with accommodation, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter should inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour under the package conditions.
Dear Guests;
After welcoming you at the specified stops in the early morning, we start our pleasant journey with the comfortable buses of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. Our first stop is Nazilli, where we have our included open buffet breakfast and start the day energetically. After breakfast, we continue our journey towards Pamukkale.
Our first sightseeing point is Karahayıt, famous for its healing thermal waters. We listen to our guide's explanations in Karahayıt, known for its red thermal water and natural formations, and we provide free time for taking photos and exploring the area.
Then we turn our route to the Pamukkale Travertines, one of the world's most unique natural heritages. We walk on the pure white travertines and have plenty of opportunities to take photos with magnificent views.
During our long free time in Pamukkale, guests who wish can explore the travertines, while others can enjoy swimming in the Cleopatra Antique Pool. This pool, where you can experience thermal water among thousands of years old ancient columns, is one of the most special spots in Pamukkale. (Entrance fee for Cleopatra Antique Pool is extra.)
Guests who wish can also visit the Hierapolis Ancient City. Entrance to Hierapolis, which fascinates with its ancient theater, necropolis area, and historical structures, is free with a Museum Card. Guests without a Museum Card can enter at their own expense.
After our Pamukkale visit, we turn our route to Buldan, known for its textile products. Here we have a shopping break for local textile products, towels, bathrobes, pestemals, and souvenirs. Guests who wish can taste local delicacies and enjoy their time.
After our shopping break, we begin our return journey. After necessary breaks along the way, we arrive in Izmir between 23:00 - 00:00, dropping off our valued guests at the points we picked them up from and bidding farewell until we meet again at the next GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterrupted until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, and official holidays, cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tours with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of the tour being canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card issuers, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. In case of no notification, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years of age, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided during tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, congestion, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. In necessary cases, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and the requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken into account.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be taken into account, and the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc., third-party services are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements to the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours is dependent on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are considered to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
