IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations specified in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. A maximum waiting period of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time to avoid disrupting the program. If the waiting period is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and no refund or compensation claim arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 days in advance. In this case, the fees paid will be refunded in full.
• In line with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements, the guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times.
• During busy periods such as holidays, public holidays, semesters, etc., changes or time restrictions may occur in the routes specified in the program due to traffic and regional density.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to a fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, etc., are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified in the program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Card, the provision of the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a Museum Card can arrange their entry through current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the same stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Dropping off passengers outside the route is not done except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings throughout the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by the participant.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the responsibility of the participant.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who are sensitive about this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer procedures.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear guests, after welcoming you at the designated departure points, we begin our unique Black Sea adventure with Gezi Tutkunları's comfortable vehicles. We offer you a comfortable and pleasant travel experience by taking necessary breaks during our journey via the Izmir, Manisa, Turgutlu, Salihli, Balıkesir, and Bursa routes.
In the morning, we arrive in Samsun, the pearl of the Black Sea, and start our day with a breakfast break enriched with local delicacies. After breakfast, our first stop is the historical Tobacco Pier and the Bandırma Ferry, symbols of the National Struggle. Accompanied by our guide's narration, you will have the opportunity to witness history up close as we explore these significant points where the War of Independence began.
During the free time provided during the trip, guests who wish can shop at the Foreigners' Bazaar and examine the region's unique products. Afterwards, we visit the Honor Monument, one of Samsun's most important symbols, and the Gazi Museum, which attracts attention with its historical atmosphere.
After our Samsun tour, we head towards Ordu, accompanied by the captivating coastal views of the Black Sea. Guests who wish can take the cable car up to Boztepe and enjoy a panoramic view of the magnificent city where the blue of the Black Sea meets green. After photo breaks and free time, we continue our tour, collecting unforgettable memories.
At the end of the day, we arrive at our hotel in the Maçka region, located in the heart of nature, and settle into our rooms. While resting from the day's fatigue in our comfortable hotel, we enjoy our dinner served in the unique atmosphere of the Black Sea.

After a rich breakfast at our hotel, we begin a full day of exploring the captivating nature and historical heritage of the Black Sea. Our first stop is Atatürk Mansion, one of Trabzon's most important symbols. Built in the late 19th century and featuring the elegant details of Western Renaissance architecture, this magnificent structure, with its lush gardens and impressive atmosphere, transports visitors back in time. Accompanied by our guide's engaging narration, we will have the opportunity to get to know Trabzon's historical and cultural riches up close as we tour the mansion.
After our visit to Trabzon, we head towards Uzungöl, one of the Black Sea's most famous postcard-perfect locations. During the free time we'll have in this unique natural wonder nestled among the mountains, you can walk around the lake, enjoy the magnificent views, and take many beautiful photos. With its clean air and enchanting atmosphere, Uzungöl, Black Sea travel will be one of the most unforgettable stops. We will have our lunch during the free time.
After pleasant hours spent intertwined with nature, we turn our route towards Çamlıhemşin and reach Fırtına Stream, known as the adrenaline center of the Black Sea. Accompanied by the view of the rushing stream, guests who wish can participate in a zipline activity, getting a bird's-eye view of the Black Sea's unique nature. After exciting moments, we take our fun to the peak with a swing experience, one of the region's most popular activities.
After a day filled with magnificent natural landscapes, plenty of photos, and unforgettable memories, we return to our hotel. After having dinner at our hotel, we prepare for the next day's explorations by resting in the peaceful atmosphere of the Black Sea.

After breakfast at our hotel, we begin one of the most enjoyable days of our Black Sea tour. We depart for our plateau program with our shuttle vehicles to explore the unique natural beauties of the region. Throughout this special trip, accompanied by the captivating nature of the Black Sea, lush valleys, historical structures, and postcard-perfect landscapes will accompany us.
As part of our tour program, we visit Palovit Waterfall, Şenyuva Village, Zilkale, Ayder Plateau, and Timsivat Bridge, which are among the most visited spots in the Black Sea, accompanied by our guide. During this unforgettable day spent among gushing waterfalls, plateaus rising through the mists, and historical stone structures, we will have the opportunity to closely explore the natural and cultural riches of the Black Sea. At each stop, you can take beautiful photos and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the region.
After our plateau excursions, we turn our route towards Batumi, Georgia's popular city. After approximately a 2-hour journey, we reach the Sarp Border Gate, and after completing the necessary procedures, we cross into Georgia.
Upon entering Batumi, our first stop is Turkish Street, one of the city's liveliest points. During the free time provided here, guests who wish can experience local delicacies, have dinner, and observe Batumi's vibrant city life up close.
In the evening, we walk through the brightly lit streets of Batumi, which transform into a completely different atmosphere, feel the city's energy, and have the opportunity to capture unforgettable photo frames. At the end of the day, we settle into our hotel located in Batumi city center. Thanks to its central location, guests who wish can continue to explore Batumi's lively night atmosphere after accommodation, enjoying pleasant time on the coast and in the city center.

After breakfast at our hotel, we make a pleasant start to the last day of our Black Sea and Batumi tour. We continue our program with a Batumi city tour, exploring one of the most modern and vibrant cities of the Black Sea region with our guide.
Our city tour includes visits to Batumi's iconic structures such as the Poseidon Statue, Medea Monument, Piazza Square, which stands out with its historical texture and European architecture, and the Ali & Nino Statue, one of the city's most photographed spots. Accompanied by our guide's narration, we gain insights into Batumi's historical and cultural past, while having the opportunity to see firsthand how the city's modern life intertwines with its historical fabric.
During the free time provided during our tour, you can walk along Batumi's coastline, experience the city's lively atmosphere, and capture many beautiful photo frames. The city's modern architecture, wide boulevards, and unique location on the Black Sea coast offer visitors a different experience.
In the afternoon, we complete our Batumi program, take a lunch break, and begin our return journey. After entering Turkey, pleasant stops await us where we can get to know the local values of the Black Sea region.
On our return route, we first visit the Vatan Tea Factory, where we learn about the Black Sea's world-famous tea culture and have the opportunity to examine local products. Afterwards, we visit the Sürmene Knife Workshop to learn about the production process of Sürmene knives, one of the region's traditional handicrafts, and provide free time for shopping.
Before bidding farewell to the Black Sea, at our last stop, we panoramically view Sümela Monastery, one of the region's most important historical structures, and conclude our tour by taking unforgettable photos amidst unique mountain landscapes.
After our enjoyable trip, we continue our return journey to Izmir. In the hours following the night, approximately between 10:00 - 11:00, we arrive in Izmir and bid farewell to our esteemed guests, hoping to meet again in a future Gezi Tutkunları organization.

2- CANCELLATION – TRANSFER - REFUND 2.1 Despite exercising all due diligence, the agency may cancel or postpone the trip by providing notice 24 hours in advance, if circumstances prevent the start or continuation of the trip, such as: failure to reach the required number of participants for confirmed registrations, and/or adverse weather conditions, road blockages, strikes, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, unforeseen technical issues, and all similar force majeure events. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation. 2.2 For domestic tours with bus transportation and 1, 2, or 3 nights of accommodation, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 5 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded in the same manner it was paid. No refund can be made for cancellation requests made 4-0 days before the start of the service. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations. If the consumer registers for a program with a down payment method but does not participate and the written conditions are not met, they agree and undertake to pay the tour fee. The total tour fee will be invoiced to the consumer. 2.3 For domestic tours with bus transportation and 4 or more nights of accommodation, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellation requests made 6-0 days before the start of the service. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations. If the consumer registers for a program with a down payment method but does not participate and the written conditions are not met, they agree and undertake to pay the tour fee. The total tour fee will be invoiced to the consumer. 2.4 For daily tours with bus transportation, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 3 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellation requests made 2-0 days before the start of the service. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations. If the consumer registers for a program with a down payment method but does not participate and the written conditions are not met, they agree and undertake to pay the tour fee. The total tour fee will be invoiced to the consumer. 2.5 For promotional, discounted, special dates (Holidays, New Year, Festivals, etc.) for all domestic and international products, the consumer does not have the right to cancel, transfer, or change the purchased product. 2.6 For domestic tours with air transportation, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded in the same manner it was paid. No refund can be made for cancellation requests made 14-0 days before the start of the service. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations. If the consumer registers for a program with a down payment method but does not participate and the written conditions are not met, they agree and undertake to pay the tour fee. The total tour fee will be invoiced to the consumer. 2.7 For international tours with air transportation, if the consumer requests cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded in the same manner it was paid. No refund can be made for cancellation requests made 30-0 days before the start of the service. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations. If the consumer registers for a program with a down payment method but does not participate and the written conditions are not met, they agree and undertake to pay the tour fee. The total tour fee will be invoiced to the consumer. 2.8 If the consumer or their first-degree relatives have illnesses preventing their usual occupation for 7 days coinciding with the tour period, evidenced by an official report from a fully equipped state hospital, or in case of death, provided this is documented, the amount paid for the service will be refunded. In this case, the report and documents must be submitted in writing before the start of the service. If this situation occurs during the continuation of the tour service, the justification must be presented to the Agency with its documentation within a maximum of 1 day from the date the Consumer leaves the tour. 2.9 Up to 24 hours after the reservation date, the tour service purchased by the Consumer can be cancelled or transferred to any person(s) desired, provided it is suitable for the same reservation type. However, early booking, promotional, special product, and discounted products cannot be transferred to other persons. The transferee is jointly responsible with the transferor for the balance and all expenses arising from the transfer. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation/transfer requests to their Agency in writing and in accordance with the period specified above. This clause is not valid if the purchased service is a product included in a campaign and/or if there is more than 24 hours between the reservation and the start of the service. 2.10 If the consumer does not notify in writing that they will participate in the service they missed the start of; the Agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the Consumer within 6 hours from the start date of the service. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the Consumer. 3 - CANCELLATION REFUND GUARANTEE PACKAGE 3.1 If the consumer pays the full amount for the service purchased, they can receive a full refund in the same manner they paid, by paying the cancellation refund fee specified in the system, provided the conditions written below are met. Consumers who make a pre-paid reservation cannot benefit from this provision. 3.2 A consumer who purchases the cancellation refund guarantee package can request cancellation up to 48 hours before the first departure time of the vehicle. The agency will refund the consumer the amount remaining after the cancellation refund fee, in the same manner they paid. 3.3 For consumers who do not purchase the cancellation refund guarantee package, the conditions in Article 2 of the service contract apply for domestic accommodation and daily tours. 3.4 The cancellation refund guarantee package is not valid for special products and international tours.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs are made at different points outside the program. Tour start and end times may not coincide with public transportation hours. Participants are obliged to make their plans accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be sent via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification is not received, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-In tours; the agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used for tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out due to security reasons.
6-If the sufficient number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be cancelled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discount; is valid for children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room placement and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or a sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided for tours. Participants are required to declare their correct date of birth and T.C. ID number. The participant is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times announced by the guide.
13-The guide reserves the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be provided in different hotels of the same standard. The group may be divided if necessary.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms during reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and the Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program in line with seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date is taken as the basis, and the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied. Refund rules for third-party services such as transportation, flights, ferries, etc., are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes arising from force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, or official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the current legislation apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, overseas departure fee, and fulfillment of entry requirements for the country are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any problems that may arise at border gates.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to increases in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and duties.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be carried out.
23-If the departure times announced by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to join the tour program by their own means. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
The Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms when purchasing the Tour.
