• Our agency is responsible for all tours and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation claims arising from the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour provided that at least 2 days' notice is given. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational necessities.
• Changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, public holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to an additional fee. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can enter through current applications and box office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off is not performed except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the responsibility of the participant.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right until 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.
Dear Guests;
After welcoming you at the designated departure points, we start our pleasant journey towards Fethiye with the comfortable vehicles of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. After a breakfast break we will take at a suitable facility (extra), we continue our journey with the unique natural views of Gökova through Muğla.
In the afternoon, we arrive at Perdikia Hill Resort & Spa, one of Fethiye's favorite hotels, and complete our check-in procedures. After having our lunch at the hotel, which operates on an All-Inclusive concept, we leave the rest of the day completely to you (Passengers who wish can transfer to Ölüdeniz with our shuttle service).
Guests can cool off in the hotel's large swimming pools, enjoy the sun, and take advantage of the relaxation areas to fully enjoy their holiday. Our hotel, located in lush nature, offers peace and comfort, providing an unforgettable holiday experience.
In the evening, after the rich open buffet dinner at our hotel, you can enjoy live music, animation, and entertainment programs or relax in the unique atmosphere of Fethiye.

After a rich open buffet breakfast at our hotel, we start the day with joy.
Guests who wish can enjoy all the privileges offered by the All-Inclusive concept of Perdikia Hill Resort & Spa throughout the day, enjoying the pools, sun, and social areas of the hotel.
Guests who want to spend an adventurous and fun-filled day can join the Jeep Safari Tour (Extra) organized by our guide.
"Get Ready to Get Wet!" Our Jeep Safari adventure starts with our first stop at one of nature's hidden paradises, Gizlikent Waterfall. After a break here, we take a short rest at Yakapark, famous for its icy waters.
Next, we reach the Gizlikent area, where we will have an unforgettable experience in nature. Guests who wish can take a short trekking, enjoying the cool waters of the waterfall and the beauty of nature.
After our lunch, we head to Saklıkent Canyon, known as the second largest canyon in Europe. (Canyon entrance fee is extra and approximately 80 TL.) During our walk here, we explore the unique atmosphere of the canyon.
For adrenaline enthusiasts, an experience of rafting on the Karaçay River (Extra) awaits you. Afterward, we complete our Jeep Safari tour with a mud bath activity and fun water battles throughout the day.
At the end of the program, we return to our hotel and have our open buffet dinner offered in the All-Inclusive concept.
After dinner, guests who want to continue the fun can join the Fethiye Nightclub and Live Music Tour (Extra) organized by our guide.
After a rich open buffet breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms and leave the hotel at 10:30 to head to Fethiye Port together.
Here, guests who wish can join the 12 Islands Boat Tour (Extra). Guests who do not want to join the boat tour can spend free time in Fethiye Center until 17:00; they can walk along the beach, shop, spend time in cafes, or enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of Fethiye as they wish.
The 12 Islands Boat Tour starts at 10:30. During our tour, we visit Fethiye's beautiful bays, including Yassıca Island, Kızıl Island, and Rabbit Island. Throughout the day, swimming breaks will be given approximately every 45 minutes to enjoy the turquoise sea.
Lunch is served on the boat for guests participating in the boat tour. The menu includes grilled chicken or fish, pasta, and salad.
At around 17:00, after the boat tour ends, we meet with guests who spent free time at the designated meeting point and begin our journey back to Izmir.
During our journey continuing via the Muğla – Aydın route, we take a dinner break at a suitable rest facility (extra). After the necessary breaks, we arrive in Izmir late at night (approximately 22:30 23:00), and we bid farewell to our valued guests by dropping them off at the points we picked them up from, hoping to see you again in another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI organization.
Note: The 12 Islands Boat Tour is organized as an extra. We recommend that guests participating in the boat tour bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen, and spare clothes. The boat has a shower, WC, changing cabin, and large sunbathing areas.
You can postpone your tour date by informing us at least 5 business days before the date of the tour. You can receive a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 7 business days before the date of the tour. For tours with flights and international programs, you can receive a refund of your tour fee by informing us at least 30 business days in advance. Tour fee refunds will be made in the same manner as paid to the guest. In credit card payments, commission fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. There will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to make their plans accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach the participant, it is their responsibility to contact the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times reported by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be taken as the basis for the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement. Refund rules for third-party services such as transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, closure of border gates, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements to the country are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the date of the tour due to currency exchange rate increases, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the times reported by the guide are not adhered to, guests are obliged to participate in the tour program with their own means. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
