Reservation Options

You can review installment options up to 12 months with your credit card on our website, or make a single payment with your bank card. You can reach us via our WhatsApp lines to create a reservation by making a prepayment (deposit) and completing the remaining payment in cash on the vehicle. You can come to our office to make a payment in cash or with a credit/bank card. For installment and payment options, you can contact our agency.

Important Notes

• Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.
• For tours requiring a Museum Card, it can be obtained from the regions during the trip. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance.
• In case of tour cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points.
• Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency is not responsible for price changes of extra paid activities in the regions during special periods.
• We offer you the best prices available from local companies.
• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• No tours or trips will be conducted where local authorities do not permit visits for any reason. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Child discount is valid for participants under the age of 11, provided they stay with 2 adults.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted despite being mentioned in the tour program due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, congestion at visit sites, etc.) or due to guests not adhering to the times set by our guide.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program as deemed necessary.
• It is important to review your reservation document sent to your email after the reservation.
• For programs that participants wish to cancel or transfer, the terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer agreement apply.
• Entrance Fee to Sedir Island; During our program, there will be a swimming break in front of Sedir Island, but guests wishing to set foot on the island and explore must pay an entrance fee of 250 TL. (No entrance fee is charged for teachers affiliated with MEB and individuals over 65 years old.)
• You have the right to refund up to 48 hours prior to the purchase of the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package.
