After reaching the island, we will allow our guests some free time to explore the local culture.
Day 2 — Day 2
After breakfast at our hotel, we head towards the northern part of the island. Our first stop is the historical Sarlıca Palas, one of the most impressive structures in the region, dating back to the Ottoman period. After visiting this architectural masterpiece that carries traces of our shared history, we continue to Mandamados Village, known as the center of faith tourism. Here, we will visit the Archangel Taxiarchis Monastery, which affects not only the Orthodox world but all visitors with its spiritual atmosphere. During the visit, guests who wish can take a short taste break at the peaceful café in the monastery courtyard, enjoying the famous honey yogurt or traditional treats of the region. The day continues...
Day 3 — Day 3
After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off towards the south of the island and reach Agiasos Mountain Village with the magnificent view of Gera Bay. In Agiasos, which welcomes us with its unique architecture and unspoiled village life, we explore the local market famous for handmade wood carving, ceramic arts, and delicate lacework. During our visit, important places we will see include the Church of Virgin Mary, one of the island's spiritual symbols, and the Ethnography Museum, which sheds light on the region's history.
