• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. In order to avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any requests for refunds or compensation due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect reporting of contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, the paid fees will be fully refunded.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program due to traffic and regional density that may occur during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and chargeable. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can enter through current applications and box office procedures.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off will not be made except for operational obligations.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions that may occur in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract apply to reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.

After meeting with our valued guests, we begin our journey of North Mesopotamia Gap Tour from Izmir. After a break at Afyon Kolaylı Rest Area, we continue our journey and head towards our next stop, Pozantı Demireller Rest Area, for an extra breakfast break before heading towards Adana. First, we will see the Historical Stone Bridge, which is one of the symbols of Adana built over the Seyhan River. Then we visit the Sabancı Central Mosque, built on the banks of the Seyhan River with its impressive structure and six minarets. After our visits, we depart from Adana. On our way, we will see the İncirlik Air Base panoramically, Yılankale, which is another place where the legend of Şahmeran is told, Ceyhan, Dörtyol, and İskenderun. Passing through Belen, we will take photos of the Amik Plain from above and reach Antakya, the heart of Hatay. Here, we will first visit the St. Pierre Church, which is considered the world's first church due to its role in the spread of Christianity, and the Necmi Asfuroğlu Archaeology Museum, which was established after approximately 30,000 artifacts were transferred to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism during a hotel construction. This museum is also famous for hosting the World's Largest Single Piece Floor Mosaic. After our museum visit, we go to Pöç Kasabı located in the Historical Uzunçarşı to taste the famous flavors of Hatay. Here, you will have the opportunity to try Tepsi kebabı, Kağıt Kebabı, Künefe. On the 3rd day of our North Mesopotamia Gap Tour from Izmir, after having breakfast at our hotel in Gaziantep, we will first head to Halfeti, most of which is submerged under the waters of Birecik Dam and where the filming of the Karagül Series took place. Here, we will first reach Halfeti Port and board our boat. In our approximately 1-hour (Extra) Boat Tour, we will see the King's Daughter Cave, Rum Castle, where John, one of the apostles of Jesus, settled, and then we will see the Sunken Mosque and its minaret in Savaşan Village, which is said to have taken its name from the story of two young people named Halil and Fatma, and we will return to Halfeti. We will then move towards Adıyaman Kahta. After our extra lunch, we will start our Nemrut Mountain Sunset tour with minibuses waiting for us here (Extra). On the way, we will visit the Karakuş Tumulus and Cendere Bridge, which will be our main sites to explore. After a joyful journey filled with local folk songs, we will climb Mount Nemrut to watch the sunset. The most important elements of the mountain are the Tumuli and other sacred areas belonging to King Antiochos of Commagene and the gods. At the summit, we will first see the Statues of I. Antiochos, Zeus, Apollo, Heracles, Commagene, Eagle, and Lion located on the Eastern Terrace. While listening to our guide's explanations here, you will also be captivated by the magic of Nemrut. After seeing the Peace Altar of the Eastern Terrace, we will move to the Western Terrace to see the Peace Altar of the Western Terrace and the Lion Horoscope. After leaving this magnificent view behind, we will return to Kahta, then board our bus and proceed to our hotel, where dinner and accommodation will be provided.
Note: Depending on seasonal conditions, the Nemrut Mountain tour may not be conducted. Instead, the Karakuş Tumulus, Cendere Bridge, and Arsemia Tour will be organized.

On the 4th day of our North Mesopotamia Gap Tour from Izmir, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will head to Diyarbakır. We will cross the Nissibi Bridge, built over the Atatürk Dam Lake in 2015, to reach Diyarbakır. We are heading to Diyarbakır, known as the oldest city in the Southeast. In Diyarbakır, we will first visit the house of Cahit Sıtkı Tarancı, one of the important figures in our literary world, known for his poem 35 yaş, which now serves as a museum. This house is also one of the most beautiful examples of Diyarbakır civil architecture. We will visit the Diyarbakır Ulu Mosque, believed to be one of the oldest mosques in Islamic history, established in Anatolia and the Haram al-Sharif. We will see the Keçi Burcu, the oldest of the Diyarbakır walls, which has a history of 9000 years, the construction date and civilization that built it are unknown. Looking towards the Dicle River, we will see and photograph the 10 Eyed Bridge built over the Dicle River and the Hevsel Gardens. After seeing the Mardin Gate and New Gate panoramically, we will head towards Hasankeyf via Batman. If our guide can ensure sufficient numbers and allocate time, an Extra Malabadi Bridge tour will be organized. We will see Batman, where the first oil well in Turkey is located, panoramically and have a very delicious lunch in this modern city. (Extra) After lunch, we will arrive at Hasankeyf, which is submerged under the Ilısu Dam. After the dam construction, this unique city was divided into New Hasankeyf and Old Hasankeyf, and we will have the opportunity to visit both parts. We will first visit the El Rızık Mosque, Sultan Süleyman Mosque, and Zeynel Bey Tomb, which were relocated from Old Hasankeyf to New Hasankeyf. After our visits here, an indescribable experience awaits us. With our Extra Hasankeyf Boat Tour, we will dive into the depths of Old Hasankeyf. In our approximately 45-minute tour, we will remember the memories of Old Hasankeyf. After completing our visit to Hasankeyf, we will head to Midyat, which offers a visual feast, starting our Midyat tour by visiting the Midyat Guest House, where the Sıla and Hercai series were filmed and many other series were hosted. After taking plenty of photos for our social media accounts here, we will enjoy a pleasant time walking through the Historical Midyat Houses. At the end of our walk, we will have free time in the city center, where you will have the opportunity to shop for Silver and Telkari products, which are world-famous handicrafts of Midyat, and taste Blue Almond Candy dyed with the root of the Lahor Tree and Syriac Wines and we will give free time in the bazaar where you can purchase them. We will then head to our hotel in Mardin, where dinner and accommodation will be provided.

On the 5th day of our North Mesopotamia Gap Tour from Izmir, after having breakfast at our hotel, we start exploring Mardin, which is described as “Gecesi Gerdanlık, Gündüzü Seyranlık”. Our first sightseeing point will be the Kasımiye Medrese. After enjoying this magnificent structure and listening to our guide's explanations, we will get off our bus at Diyarbakır Gate and take minibuses (extra) to reach Republic Square, from where we will explore Mardin on foot. We will finish our Mardin City Tour by seeing the famous Ulu Mosque, Latifiye Mosque, Covered Bazaar, Old Government Mansion, Arches, Şahtana Mansion, and Şehidiye Mosque, and Old PTT Building. After the free time given, we will meet our vehicle at Savur Gate and head to Deyr-ul Zaferan Monastery, which was built on top of a Sun Temple from the 5th century. Here, we will visit the House of Saints, which contains the graves of 52 Patriarchs and Metropolitans, St. Hananyo Church, and Mary Mother Church. After the monastery visit, we will take a break for lunch (Extra). After the break, we will leave Mardin and head to the Dara Ancient City, located 30 kilometers southeast of Mardin in Oğuz Village. Historically, Dara was one of the most important settlements in Upper Mesopotamia, established in 505 by the initiatives of Emperor Anastasius (491-518) as a military garrison city to protect the eastern border of the Eastern Roman Empire against the Sasanids. Remains of a church, palace, bazaar, dungeon, artillery, and water dam can still be seen within the city. After our extra tour, we will head towards Şanlıurfa for a night of entertainment. Accommodation will be at our hotel. Guests who wish can participate in the Sıra Night, organized by GEZİ TUTKUNLARI, where we will get to know the local culture and taste its local dishes. The dinner during this evening's accommodation is not included in the tour fee. Guests who do not wish to participate in the Sıra Night can have dinner at their own expense.

On the 6th day of our North Mesopotamia Gap Tour from Izmir, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will head to Harran, famous for its domed houses and unique culture (Extra). Here, we will see the Harran Ulu Mosque, which is the oldest mosque established during the Islamic period in Turkey, the First Islamic Madrasa (Harran University), the Inner Castle, and the Historical Walls, and we will visit one of the Conical Domed Houses. During this enjoyable visit, you can wear local costumes and take photos. We will reach Göbeklitepe, which is considered the world's first place of worship and settlement, the starting point of world history. Here, we will see the temples dating back 12,000 years, and reliefs of cranes, snakes, and pigs, and then we will head towards the center of Şanlıurfa after our (Extra) lunch break. We will arrive at Şanlıurfa, known as the city of prophets, where it is believed that Prophets Adam, Job, Ibrahim, Shu'ayb, and Elijah lived, and we will visit Balıklı Göl (Halil-Ül Rahman Lake), Ayn-ı Zeliha Lake, which is said to be made of the tears of King Nimrod's Daughter Zeliha, and the cave where Hz. Ibrahim was born. The itinerary for the North Mesopotamia Gap Tour from Izmir is valid as of the publication date of 15.11.2025. Any subsequent itinerary published for the same tour will invalidate the previous one.
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and a 100% penalty will be applied if canceled 20 days or less before. If a participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, they must present a report obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey (signed by the Chief Physician). Note: For programs with flights, cancellations cannot be made by the airline, so reservations cannot be canceled or refunded.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the points where they boarded the vehicle. There will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to change the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational requirements.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour may be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts are valid for children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and room types are determined by the hotel management. The agency does not have discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are considered to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational requirements, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the terms of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-If the times indicated by the guide are not complied with, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are considered to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
