In this tour, you will have the opportunity to stay 2 nights in Lisbon and 2 nights in Porto. All city tours are included in the price without any extra charge! The program also includes a 40 Euro Fatima trip, a 70 Euro trip to Cascais, Estoril, and Capo De Roca, and a 70 Euro Braga tour. We will be at our meeting point at the time specified by our agency a day before. We will meet our valued guests in front of the Travel Enthusiasts counter at Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we will depart for Lisbon at 18:55 on flight number PC1561 of Pegasus Airlines. After our arrival at 21:45 local time, we will transfer to our hotel with our tour bus. We will spend the night at our hotel in Lisbon.
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will begin our tour in Lisbon, the capital and largest city of Portugal, located in the estuary formed by the Tagus River. First, we will visit the church section of Jeronimos Monastery, then stop for photos at Belem Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries on the banks of the Tagus River. We will take a partial panoramic tour in the Alfama district, the oldest part of the city, which suffered little damage from the 1755 earthquake, and means 'bath' in Arabic. On our way back to the hotel, we will pass through Praça do Comercio, the Baixa district, Rossio, and Restauradores squares, and take a photo break at Eduardo Park, overlooking Marques de Pombal Square at the end of Liberdade Avenue, lined with chic boutiques...
After breakfast at our hotel, we will head towards Porto. Upon arriving at the picturesque town of Sintra, known for its romantic atmosphere, we will visit the National Palace of Vila, located in the historic center of this UNESCO World Heritage site. We will explore this enchanting palace, which houses a synthesis of different architectural styles. We will spend some free time in souvenir shops selling Portuguese-style Azulejo tiles, and then we will reach Cabo de Roca, the westernmost point of Europe. After breakfast at our hotel, we will participate in the Braga Tour, which is Free for All Guests; we will visit the 'Church of the Savior of the Mountains' (Bom Jesus Do Monte), an important religious structure in Braga. This impressive building, which is accessed by 650 steps, stands out with its zigzag architecture. Guests who wish can also benefit from the funicular. This site, one of the finest examples of granite structures in Northern Portugal, is visited by devout people on holy days by climbing on their knees. After the Braga tour, we will return to Porto Center and begin our Porto city tour. After having breakfast at our hotel, we will start our return journey with our tour bus. Our first stop will be the city of Aveiro. Known as the Venice of Portugal, we will see places such as canals, the Aveiro River Bridge, Aveiro University, the Old Train Station, and Aveiro Cathedral. After a short free time, we will proceed to the city of Fatima, one of the important pilgrimage centers of the Christian world, with roots dating back to the Andalusian civilization. After a panoramic city tour here, we will head to Lisbon Airport for our return journey.
