event Day 2 — Amasya - Yeşilırmak - Ferhat ile Şirin - King Rock Tombs — Gümüşhane Hotels

After meeting with our esteemed guests, we embark on a pleasant journey for the Dreamlike Eastern Black Sea Batum Tour with GEZİ TUTKUNLARI's buses. After a break at Tursan Rest Facilities in Bolu Kaynaşlı, we pick up our guests in Ankara and after a break at Sungurlu Menemenci Alaattin Rest Facilities, we head to Amasya, known as the city of princes during the Ottoman period. We have our open buffet breakfast (Extra) at Lalehan Restaurant located by the Yeşilırmak River. We start our tour by seeing the Ferhat ile Şirin water canal, known as the mountain Ferhat carved for his love for Şirin, listening to their stories, and taking a photo break. Then we begin with the Amasya Archaeology Ethnography and Mummy Museum, where over twenty thousand artifacts from Amasya and its surroundings are exhibited. The museum displays artifacts belonging to many civilizations from the Hittites to the Romans, from the Seljuks to the Ottomans. After our museum tour, we visit the Bayezid Complex, Yalı Boyu Houses, Şehzadeler Park, Clock Tower, and Hazeranlar Mansion. We then panoramically view and photograph the captivating King Rock Tombs, located on the banks of the Yeşilırmak Valley with their appearance and story, and leave Amasya, turning our direction towards Perşembe Plateau, located in the Aybastı district of Ordu Province. Passing through Taşova, Erbaa, and Reşadiye districts, the world-famous Meanders greet us in all their glory, and we continue to watch this beautiful view from Crow Hill. Here, you can enjoy the region's famous meat dishes with barbecue at Mola Restaurant. After our lunch break, we follow the Dere road and pass Sivas Suşehri, taking a short photo break at the Gölova entrance. We visit the natural wonder Tomara Waterfall Nature Park (National Park Entrance Fee is Extra), formed by 40 different water sources emerging from the middle of the mountain and falling from 15 meters, located in the Şiran District of Gümüşhane Province. After listening to the legend of Tomara from our guide on the Glass Terrace with a magnificent view, we give free time. After our free time, we head to Şiran, the rising value of the Black Sea and Gümüşhane. We go to Kral Pestil Köme to taste Pestil Köme, a local product. On the 3rd day of the Dreamlike Eastern Black Sea Batum Tour, after breakfast at our hotel, we head to Gümüşhane, which has stood out with the richness of its silver mines throughout its thousands of years of history. We go to be enchanted by Karaca Cave, the world's second richest cave. We learn about this stalactite cave from local authorities assigned by the Provincial Tourism Directorate. After our high-oxygen tour full of natural formations, we pass through the Zigana Tunnel, one of Turkey's first tunnels, 1702 meters long and 1795 meters high, and head to Hamsiköy, the apple of the Black Sea's eye where green and blue meet, to eat rice pudding. Remember, we go inside Hamsiköy, we don't just show it from the road. We taste the famous Hamsiköy rice pudding (Extra), take photos, and then take the path to Sümela Monastery with minibuses (Extra) from the Coşandere riverbank in Altındere National Park in Maçka district. After approximately 350m of travel, we photograph the open sections of the monastery accompanied by our guide's narration. After completing our Sümela Monastery tour, we go to Keyfi Sümela or Zeytindalı Restaurant, where we will eat the famous Akçaabat Meatballs and find many local products. On the 4th day of the Dreamlike Eastern Black Sea Batum Tour departing from Izmir, after breakfast at our hotel, we will go to see the most beautiful plateaus and rivers of the region. Most of these excursions are made with minibuses rented from the region. First, our Çeçeva Village Tea Gardens Tour in Çayeli district of Rize province will be conducted with local minibuses (Extra). Here we visit endless tea gardens where many tea brands shoot their series, films, and commercials. We will also have the opportunity to use the giant swing, suspension bridge, and zipline. After our visit, we go to our facility located on Fırtına River in Ardeşen district of Rize, which is the only river without a HES (Hydroelectric Power Plant). At our facility, we choose one of the regional menus such as Red Spotted Trout, Dry Beans, Meatballs, Chicken, and crown our local meal with Laz pastry. After our meal, we will organize Zipline, the rising trend of the Black Sea, which we will do as an extra for you. Zipline can be done with steel ropes tied at approximately 10 meters high and 350 meters long over the Fırtına River. GOING IS FREE, RETURN IS 200 TL :))) Rafting on Fırtına River lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is done on an easy course under the guidance of Expert Trainers from the Turkish Federation (Extra). On the 5th day of the Dreamlike Eastern Black Sea Batum Tour departing from Izmir, after breakfast at the hotel, we head towards Artvin Borçka district, to a hidden paradise formed in the 18th century near Klaskur (Aralık) Village when the river's path was blocked. After approximately 1 hour of travel through valleys that skillfully separate the mountains, we will experience moments where you will want time to stop at Karagöl with its magnificent nature and vegetation. This tour is conducted as an (Extra) activity. Guests who do not wish to participate in the extra tour can spend free time in Borçka. After our tour here, we pass through Hopa and enter Batum, located where the Çoruh River flows into the Black Sea, connecting our country to Georgia via the Sarp Border Gate. After completing our border crossing procedures, we board our waiting vehicle in Batum and first panoramically see Gonio Fortress, located in a small coastal town. Here, we watch the Çoruh River from under the Gonio Bridge, a stone bridge connecting Akhalsopeli and Adlia, and take a short photo break for the legendary Upside-Down House. After our break, we move to Europe Square, listening to the story of the Medea Statue, which rises to the sky and shows the mythological face of the Caucasus. Then we proceed to Piazza Square. This square, one of the most beautiful places in Batum, resembles the squares of European cities. After getting information in the square, which offers a pleasant atmosphere with the fresh coffee scent filling the air, we visit the Saint Nicholas Church, belonging to the Orthodox denomination. The church, built during the Ottoman Empire, is actively used. We see the golden Poseidon Statue in Theater Square and take a photo break. We visit the Theater Building and the Virgin Mary Cathedral. We see the Alphabet Tower, where we can see the Georgian Alphabet, one of the 14 writing systems in the world, and the Ali and Nino Statue, whose love stories have been the subject of films and books. We then give free time for shopping and head towards the hotel where we will stay in Batum, and settle into our hotel. Guests who wish can go to the Georgian Night (Extra) for dinner and entertainment. You can visit many casinos in Batum and try your luck. Note: According to the agreement between the Republic of Turkey and Georgia, T.C. citizens can cross into Batum with their new ID cards with a photograph containing their T.C. ID number or their passports. Crossing is not possible with other ID cards (driver's license, institutional IDs, etc.). Guests under 18 years old who will not travel with their family (both mother and father at the same time) must obtain a notarized consent form for crossing into BATUM. On the 6th day of the Dreamlike Eastern Black Sea Batum Tour departing from Izmir, after breakfast at our hotel, we head back to Turkey and pass through customs, where we have the opportunity to shop at the Free Shop. Afterwards, we head towards Rize, which has the colorful green tones of the Black Sea. Today we spend our day with local shopping specific to the Black Sea region. First, we go to Tekpa Rize Cloth Workshop where we will see the making of Rize cloths live and can shop. The biggest feature of Rize cloth is that it absorbs sweat from the body, keeping the body cool and dry. After our Rize cloth shopping, we panoramically see Rize Castle. We visit our tea production facilities, which produce delicious and high-quality loose and flavored teas from the Black Sea's most delicious and high-quality Tea Factory, participate in tea picking, and complete our shopping. Then we go to Akif Sürmene Knife Maker to see the making of Sürmene knives, unique to Sürmene, and for guests who wish to shop for knives. For lunch, we go to Zeytin Dalı Restaurant and enjoy the local dishes. After our lunch break, we turn our direction towards the Hagia Sophia Museum. While we are here, we go to SARAY GÜMÜŞ, Trabzon's largest silver workshop. Here we introduce you to silver filigree woven bracelets made by artisans and brought to the region, Trabzon kazaz craftsmanship. Guests who wish can do their shopping. If there is enough time for you, our guide will organize a Blue Lake, Kümbet Plateau tour (Extra). Other guests who do not participate in this tour will be given free time in Dereli district. We go to Fındık Durağı to taste hazelnuts, which are integrated with the Giresun region. After our tasting, we give a shopping break for guests who wish. On the 7th day of the Dreamlike Eastern Black Sea Batum Tour departing from Izmir, after the last breakfast at our hotel, we visit Samsun, where Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk started the National Struggle. First, we visit the Bandırma Ferry, the ship on which Mustafa Kemal Atatürk arrived in Samsun with 18 friends on May 19, 1919, to start the national struggle. In Samsun Municipality Park, we visit the Atatürk Honor Monument, which has become a symbol of Samsun, erected at the point where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk first set foot in the city, made by Austrian sculptor Heinrich Krippel. We turn our bus towards Sinop for lunch and to visit Sinop. We panoramically see Alaçam and Gerze districts and arrive in Sinop. For lunch, we go to Örnek Mantı. Sinop is a historical port city located at the northernmost point of Turkey, preserving its natural beauty. Our guests who register for the tour have the right to free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour. If there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and if there are 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be applied. If the participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, they must submit a report (signed by the Chief Physician) obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey. Note: For flight programs, cancellation and refund of the reservation cannot be made as it cannot be canceled by the airline.
