On the 1st day of the Unique Batumi Tbilisi Kars Erzurum Eastern Express Tour by Plane, after meeting our esteemed guests at Adnan Menderes Airport in the morning, we complete our check-in procedures for the airline's Trabzon flight with our ID cards and driver's licenses.(Note: Your guide will meet you at Trabzon Airport.) After our approximately 1.5-hour flight, we arrive at Trabzon Airport, meet our waiting vehicle and guide, and begin our tour. First, we go to Zeytindalı Restaurant where we will have our breakfast. After our optional breakfast break, our visit to Çeçeva Village Tea Gardens in Çayeli district of Rize province will be made with local minibuses. (Extra) Here, we visit the endless tea gardens where many tea brands shoot their TV series, films, and commercials. After our visit here, we pass through Hopa and enter Batumi, located where the Çoruh River flows into the Black Sea, at the Sarp Border Gate connecting our country to Georgia. After completing our border crossing procedures, we get back into our vehicle and first see the Gonio Fortress, located in a small coastal town, panoramically. Here, we watch the Çoruh River from under the Gonio Bridge, a stone bridge connecting Ahalsopeli and Adlia, and take a short photo break for the legendary Upside-Down House. After our break, we listen to the story of the Medea Statue, which rises to the sky in Europe Square and shows the mythological face of the Caucasus, and then proceed to Piazza Square. One of the most beautiful places in Batumi, the square resembles the squares of European cities. After receiving information in the square, which offers a pleasant atmosphere with the scent of fresh coffee filling the air, we visit the Saint Nicholas Church, belonging to the Orthodox denomination. The church, built during the Ottoman Empire period, is actively used. We see the golden Poseidon Statue in Theater Square and take a photo break. We visit the Theater Building and the Cathedral of the Mother of God. We see the Alphabet Tower, where we can see the Georgian Alphabet, one of the 14 writing systems in the world, and the Ali and Nino Statue, whose love story has been the subject of films and books, and then settle into our hotel in Batumi for accommodation.Guests who wish can go to the hotel's Casino and try their luck. Dinner is not included in the tour price for this evening's accommodation. Guests who do not wish to participate in the Batumi Night will be able to have dinner at their own expense. On the 2nd day of the Unique Batumi Tbilisi Kars Erzurum Eastern Express Tour by Plane, after having breakfast at our hotel in Batumi, we first pass near Kutaisi, Georgia's second-largest city, then near Gori, where Josef Stalin's birthplace is located, and reach the capital Tbilisi.The Parliament of Georgia, Kashveti Church, Simon Janashia Museum (part of the Georgian National Museum), Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, Rustaveli State Academic Theatre, Rustaveli Museum, and the Georgian Academy of Sciences are located on the boulevard. Freedom Square, where the avenue begins, was once adorned by a statue of Lenin. After seeing this avenue, we proceed to Narikala Fortress and the Bath Quarter. After seeing the famous baths mentioned by Pushkin, we take the cable car up to the location of the Kartlis Deda (Mother of Georgia) statue. Then we go to Tbilisi's famous David Agmashenebeli (Marjanishvili) Avenue, known for its restored houses. On the 3rd day of the Unique Batumi Tbilisi Kars Erzurum Eastern Express Tour by Plane, we have breakfast at our hotel in Tbilisi in the morning, conclude our Georgia trip, and head towards the Posof Türkgözü border gate, which is a Turkish border crossing. We set off towards Kars, accompanied by the Kura River, which originates from the Kars plateaus. Passing through Borjomi, one of the key points of the Baku – Tbilisi - Ceyhan Pipeline project and a natural wonder full of medieval castles, we reach Akhaltsikhe, a city densely populated by Abkhazian Turks, and from there, we arrive at the Posof Türkgözü border gate between Georgia and our province of Ardahan, complete our Free Shop shopping here, and begin our Kars Tour. Kars, which was left to the Ottomans with the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk after the Bolshevik Revolution in 1918, became the capital of the Armenian Dynasty. It was later conquered by Sultan Alparslan in 1064 after a 25-day siege. We reach the Ani Ruins, which you won't get enough of exploring, (Extra) and after finishing our visits to the Church of the Redeemer, built in 1215 by Tigran Honents, a merchant from Ani, the Great Cathedral, whose foundations were laid by Bagratid King Sembat II in 990 AD but completed by his wife Queen Katranide in 1001 after the King's death, and the Menuçehr Mosque, built by Ebû'l Menuçehr Bey in 1072 and known as the first Turkish Mosque in Anatolia, we go to Kars. On the 4th day of the Unique Batumi Tbilisi Kars Erzurum Eastern Express Tour by Plane, after having our last breakfast at our hotel in Kars, we depart for the train station at 08:00 AM for our Eastern Express train journey, heading towards Erzurum. We make our approximately 4-5 hour journey on the train accompanied by magnificent views. We arrive in Erzurum, which was annexed to the Ottoman Empire by Yavuz Sultan Selim in 1517 and is considered the gateway to Anatolia. During the lunch break in Erzurum, you will have the opportunity to eat the famous Cağ Kebab and Kadayıf Dolması. policy Cancellation Policy

Guests who register for the tour have the right to free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour. If there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied; if there are 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be applied. If a participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, they must submit a report (signed by the Chief Physician) obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey. Note: For flight-inclusive programs, as cancellations cannot be made by the airline, reservation cancellation and refund are not possible.

TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The duration of our tour is 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel accommodation is for 3 nights.
Child discounts may be applied when accompanied by two adults.
Our guide may change the itinerary of the program, provided that the program is fully carried out. Our tours are a whole with hotel, bus, flight tour program, and guiding services and cannot be considered separately.
For children aged 0-6, a bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
For bus tours, children aged 00-1.99 are not charged. If a seat is requested for children on the bus, the child price for ages 02-06 will be applied.
In triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be as comfortable as a standard bed. The hotel may provide a rollaway bed or a sofa bed to guests depending on the situation. Every individual who has completed 2 years of age is required to have a seat on the bus. Unused transportation, accommodation, sightseeing tours, etc. rights within the tour are non-refundable.
Seat promises cannot be made during reservation. Seat numbers are determined according to the reservation date order. Guests who purchase the tour early are entitled to sit in the front.
Gradual pricing applies to all tours. As the occupancy of the tours increases, tour prices also increase. Guests cannot claim the difference in price changes after the purchase date.
For flight-inclusive tours, GEZİ TUTKUNLARI reserves the right to change the airport, airline company, and flight time, depending on demand and provided that the program is not disrupted. In case of airport changes, GEZİ TUTKUNLARI must provide free shuttle service to its guests.
Extra Tours operate depending on the number of participants. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest does not have the right to compensation. In this case, GEZİ TUTKUNLARI has no responsibility. Extra Tour prices may change. In this case, the date the tour departs, not the date the guest purchased the tour, is taken into account. The extra tour price valid during the period the tour is taken will apply. The guest has purchased the tour by accepting this.
The times stated in the tour program are calculated according to normal weather and road conditions, and in case of possible delays, GEZİ TUTKUNLARI is not responsible, and the guest has no right to compensation.
Changes may be made in tour accommodation areas and hotels, provided they are of the same standards, depending on occupancy. All room assignments are made by hotel authorities, and GEZİ TUTKUNLARI has no authority regarding this matter.
Accommodation in Weekend Overnight Tours has city hotel standards. Hotels are not obliged to offer local food; they serve as set menus or open buffets.
During tours, due to the intensity of the program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is beneficial for our guests to be prepared for this situation.
Economical menus specific to the region have been created for lunch. During lunch and dinner, tables are assigned to groups depending on the regional occupancy.
GEZİ TUTKUNLARI is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour.
The minimum number of participants for this tour is foreseen as 30. GEZİ TUTKUNLARI reserves the right to cancel the tour by giving 3 days' notice if there is not a sufficient majority.
In case of tour cancellation, GEZİ TUTKUNLARI must personally notify the cancellation. As it is a legal process, there is no right to compensation.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
GEZİ TUTKUNLARI reserves the right to change hotels to an equivalent or higher category, provided that the star rating remains the same.
Please ensure you take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels used during the trip; GEZİ TUTKUNLARI is not responsible for lost items.
For flight-inclusive programs, as cancellations cannot be made by the airline, cancellation and refund are not possible.

Details of the insurance coverage provided free of charge to all our guests by our agency; it covers the bankruptcy of the agency or the inability to provide Package Tour services for any reason.
