TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/p>

The duration of our tour is 2 nights and 3 days. Hotel accommodation is for 3 nights.<\/p>

Child discounts can be applied when accompanied by two adults.<\/p>

Our guide may change the course of the program, provided that the program is fully realized. Our tours are a whole with hotel, bus, flight program, and guiding services and cannot be considered separately.<\/p>

No bed may be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.<\/p>

No charge is applied for children aged 0-1.99 on bus tours. If a seat is requested for children, the price for children aged 2-6 will apply.<\/p>

The 3rd bed in triple rooms may not be of normal bed comfort. Depending on the situation, the hotel may provide a foldable bed or sofa bed for our guests.<\/p>

Every individual over the age of 2 is required to have a seat on the bus.<\/p>

Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. during the tour are non-refundable.<\/p>

No seat guarantees can be made at the time of reservation. Seat numbers are determined in the order of reservation dates. Guests who purchase the tour early have the right to sit in the front.<\/p>

All tours are subject to a tiered pricing system. As the occupancy of the tours increases, tour prices also rise. Guests cannot claim the difference in price after the purchase date.<\/p>

In flight tours, Gezitutkunları Tour reserves the right to change the airport, airline, and flight time depending on density and without disrupting the program. In case of airport changes, Gezitutkunları Tour is obliged to provide free transfer to its guests.<\/p>

Extra tours operate based on the number of participants. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest has no right to compensation. In this case, Gezitutkunları Tour has no responsibility. Extra tour prices may vary. In this case, the price valid is the one applicable on the date of the tour, not the date of purchase. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.<\/p>

The times indicated in the tour program are calculated based on normal weather and road conditions, and in case of possible delays, Gezitutkunları Tour is not responsible, and the guest has no right to compensation. Changes may be made in accommodation areas and hotels according to density, provided that they are of the same standards. All allocations are made by hotel officials, and Gezitutkunları Tour has no sanctions regarding this matter.<\/p>

Weekend accommodation tours have city hotel standards. There is no obligation for local cuisine in hotels; they serve either set menus or open buffets.<\/p>

During the tours, due to program intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable for our guests to be prepared for this situation.<\/p>

In lunch, economically priced menus specific to the region have been created. For lunch and dinner, tables are used that are divided according to the density of the region.<\/p>

Gezitutkunları Tour is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to weather conditions before or during the tour.<\/p>

The minimum number of participants for this tour is set at 16. If there is not a sufficient majority, Gezitutkunları Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour with a notification 3 days in advance.<\/p>

In the event of tour cancellation, Gezitutkunları Tour must notify the cancellation personally. There is no right to compensation as it is a legal process.<\/p>

During the travel period, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels, as Gezitutkunları Tour is not responsible for lost items.<\/p>

Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be applied. The participant must present a report obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey (signed by the Chief Physician) along with the cancellation request.<\/p>

CANCELLATION REFUND GUARANTEE PACKAGE AND MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/p>

The cancellation refund guarantee package offers a 100% unconditional refund guarantee if a cancellation request is made up to 72 hours (3 days) before the tour departure date or in case of changes.<\/p>

Mandatory travel insurance is provided free of charge to all our guests by our agency. It covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the package tour services not being provided. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. (Private Health Insurance is a personal expense of the guest)<\/p>

Midibuses: Used for 20 - 31 People. Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega
Minibuses: Used for up to 19 People. VW Crafter, Mercedes Sprinter
All guests are considered to have completed the sale of the tour by accepting the above items.
