event Day 1 — Ortaköy – İstiklal Street – Balat – New Year's Entertainment

Dear guests; after welcoming you at the specified stops at the specified times, we will start our journey with the comfortable buses of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. After our necessary breaks, we will arrive in Istanbul in the morning hours. Our first stop in Istanbul is Kuzguncuk, famous for its historical texture and colorful houses. In this beautiful neighborhood located on the Anatolian side of the Bosphorus, we explore nostalgic streets, historical houses, and beautiful photo spots. During our free time here, our guests can have their breakfast and taste the delicacies of the famous Kuzguncuk bakeries. After our visit to Kuzguncuk, we cross to the European side via the Bosphorus Bridge and reach Ortaköy, one of the most beautiful spots in Istanbul. We explore Ortaköy Square with its unique view of the Bosphorus, and we give our guests free time to taste the famous Ortaköy kumpir, take a walk along the beach, and take photos. After our visit to Ortaköy, we head to Istiklal Street, one of the most vibrant spots in Istanbul. We take a walk on Istiklal Street, famous for its historical tram, nostalgic passages, shopping stores, and beautiful cafes. We give our guests free time for shopping and lunch in the street, which is colored by the New Year's atmosphere. After our visit to Istiklal Street, we move to Balat, one of the most visited neighborhoods in Istanbul, located along the Golden Horn, known for its historical texture and colorful houses. We explore the nostalgic streets of Balat, historical Greek houses, and colorful stairs, and we give free time for photo shoots and coffee breaks. After our visit to Balat, we head to our hotel and check into our rooms. We give our guests free time to rest and prepare for the New Year's evening.

EXTRA NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL BOSPHORUS BOAT TOUR AND GALA ENTERTAINMENT

In the evening, we head to Kabataş Pier to participate in the extra New Year's organization for guests who wish to join one of the most special New Year's entertainments in Istanbul, the New Year's Gala and Entertainment Program on the Bosphorus. Our organization, which will start at 21:00, promises an unforgettable New Year's Eve with the sparkling views of the Istanbul Bosphorus. Throughout the night, we enjoy live music, DJ performances, traditional Turkish dances, oriental shows, Caucasian and knife shows. We celebrate the arrival of the new year with a special New Year's gala dinner consisting of exquisite flavors of Turkish cuisine, rich appetizers, main course options, desserts, and fruit offerings, as well as local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options. When the clock strikes midnight, we welcome the year 2027 over the sea with the enchanting view of the Istanbul Bosphorus! After our return to Kabataş Pier at 02:00, we head back to our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The New Year's Special Bosphorus Boat Tour and Gala Entertainment is not included in the tour fee. Guests who wish to participate can make a reservation by paying the organization fee separately. Participation is entirely optional. Guests who do not participate in the organization can spend their free time at our hotel.

event Day 2 — Eminönü - Spice Bazaar - Taksim - Istiklal - Galata Tower - Izmir

After having breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms and continue our Istanbul tour. Our stop on the first day of the new year is Eminönü, one of the most vibrant and historic points in Istanbul. After the guide's explanations in Eminönü, which is one of Istanbul's indispensable spots with its unique view of the Golden Horn, Galata Bridge, historical bazaars, and famous fish sandwiches, we give our guests free time for shopping, dining, and taking photos. Continuing our visit, we move to the Spice Bazaar, one of Istanbul's most famous and historic shopping spots. We explore the shops in the Spice Bazaar, which has a history dating back to the Ottoman period, where spices, Turkish delights, Turkish coffee, nuts, and beautiful souvenirs are found. After the guide's explanations, we give our guests free time to shop, taste Istanbul's famous delicacies, and take photos. Then we turn our route towards TAKSIM ISTIKLAL STREET. During the free time given under the guidance of our guide, our guests can explore the area as they wish. In TAKSIM SQUARE, you will see the famous YEŞİLÇAM STREET, which was once the location for filmmakers, the EUROPE PASSAGE, one of the most important and beautiful buildings in the area, the GALATASARAY HIGH SCHOOL, which was the first secular educational institution in the Ottoman period, and the TÜNEL, the world's oldest subway... Additionally, you can visit the MADAME TUSSAUDS Museum, one of the world's most famous museums, see the FLOWER PASSAGE, witness the magnificent appearance of ST. ANTHONY CHURCH, and even those who manage their time well can climb the GALATA TOWER. Don't forget to taste the famous profiterole from İNCI PASTANESİ... After our tours, we gather with our guests at the meeting point determined by our guide to complete our Istanbul tour. After this unforgettable tour, where we explored the beautiful spots of Istanbul and fully experienced the New Year's excitement on the first day of the new year, we begin our journey back to Izmir. After necessary breaks, we arrive in Izmir at night, drop you off at the points we picked you up from, and bid farewell until we meet again on another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI journey.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS 

• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program. 
• The departure times specified by the guide are final and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted. 
• Tour program information and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information. 
• If the required number of participants to carry out the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 2 days' notice. In this case, all paid fees will be refunded in full. 
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit sequences, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road status, official decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements. 
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the specified routes in the program. 
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program. 
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can gain entry through current applications and box office procedures. 
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Outside of operational necessities, no off-route passenger drop-off will be made. 
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. 
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility. 
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided for our tours. The accuracy of the shared information for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility. 
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made provided that they are of the same standards. 
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests who have sensitivities regarding this matter should inform us in writing before the tour. 
• The current sales contract provisions are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.

policy Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly until 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified time frames are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation may be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. If the tour is canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. The reflection time of the refund to the account may vary due to the processing times of banks and card institutions. All guests making reservations are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.

Additional Information

General Information for All Tours:

1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times stated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.

2-The agency reserves the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road status, official decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.

3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.

5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.

6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.

7-Child discounts are valid for children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.

8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.

9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.

10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.

11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided for the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.

12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times announced by the guide.

13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.

14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be divided.

15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.

16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.

17-Our agency may change the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.

18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.

19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, and official decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.

20-For overseas tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements to the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.

21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.

22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.

23-If the departure times announced by the guide are not adhered to, the guest is obliged to join the tour program with their own means. Any additional expenses that may arise are the responsibility of the participant.

24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.

Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
