TOUR PROGRAM:

Dear guests; after welcoming you at the specified stops, our journey begins with the comfortable buses of Gezi Tutkunları. We take a break at our restaurant for breakfast. After breakfast, accompanied by our guide's valuable narrations, we first visit Hasan Boğuldu Waterfall in Kaz Mountains. Then we proceed to Sütüven Waterfall located on the Kızılkeçeli Stream. After visiting the waterfall where the water cascades down from seventeen meters, we spend some free time in the magnificent nature of Kaz Mountains before arriving at Cunda Island, which is part of Ayvalık District in Balıkesir. After some free time for shopping and lunch, we stop by Şeytan Sofrası to enjoy the stunning view of Ayvalık, have a tea and coffee break, and start our return journey to İzmir between 18:00-18:30. We arrive in İzmir around 22:00-23:00. We bid farewell to you by dropping you off at the points we picked you up from, hoping to see you again on another Gezi Tutkunları trip.

NOTE: Our arrival time in İzmir may be later than planned due to road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you plan your return ticket and flight ticket for the next day.

Important Note: Vehicle sizes are arranged according to the number of participants. It can be a minibus, midi-bus, or bus.

RESERVATION OPTIONS

You can check installment options up to 12 months with your credit card through our website, or make a single payment with your bank card. You can create a reservation by contacting us via our WhatsApp lines and completing the remaining payment in the vehicle with a prepayment (deposit). You can come to our office and make a payment in cash or with a credit/bank card. You can make a prepayment with your credit card and secure the discounted price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.
• For tours that require a Museum Card, it can be obtained from the regions during the trip. The Museum Card fee is 60 TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30 TL. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year. If the Museum Card cannot be obtained, entry can be made with the application.
• Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not reached, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In case of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.
• Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. There will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different points.
• Our agency reserves the right to make changes due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.
• Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of extra paid activities in the regions during special periods.
• We offer you the best prices available from local companies.
• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.
• Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
• Child discounts apply to children under 11 years old, provided they stay with 2 adults.
• Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are made in at least 3* or 4* hotels. Our agency reserves the right to change hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
• Mandatory travel insurance is provided in our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.
• Our agency is not responsible for trips that could not be made despite being mentioned in the tour program due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, congestion at visit sites, etc.) or because guests do not comply with the times set by our guide.
• Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program if deemed necessary.
• During busy periods like holidays, accommodations may be made in different hotels than those specified on the site, and the group may be split. Our agency cannot be held responsible for routes that cannot be visited due to congestion.
• Verbal statements will not be considered in discussions. The details written in the tour program and your requests via email will be taken into account.
• Participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted this information, which is included in the package tour contract, and are responsible for following updates on the website. The website and the package tour contract are an inseparable part.
• Seasonal changes, road works, weather conditions, and dissatisfaction with services received before your service may lead to changes in the tour program on the Gezi Tutkunları website. The latest published circular supersedes the previous one.
