Dear Guests; After welcoming you at the specified stops, we will begin our journey with the comfortable buses of GEZİ TUTKUNLARI. After a break for traditional breakfast at Köfteci Ramiz, we continue our tour with the valuable narrations of our guide.
First, we visit Hasan Boğuldu Waterfall in Kaz Mountains. Then we proceed to Sütüven Waterfall, located on the Kızılkeçeli Stream. After seeing the waterfall, which cascades from about 17 meters, we give free time in the unique nature of Kaz Mountains.
Continuing our tour, we reach Cunda Island, which is part of Ayvalık district in Balıkesir. We provide free time for shopping and lunch on the island. Guests who wish can explore the historical streets of Cunda and experience local flavors.
After free time, we head to Devil's Table, which has one of the most beautiful views of Ayvalık. Here, we take a short break for tea and coffee and enjoy the view.
Then we start our return journey to Izmir between 18:00 - 18:30. Depending on road and weather conditions, we arrive in Izmir between 23:00 - 00:00, dropping you off at the points where we picked you up, and bidding farewell until another GEZİ TUTKUNLARI trip.
NOTE: Our arrival time in Izmir may vary depending on road congestion, traffic, fog, and weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend planning your return flight or plans for the next day.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year, public holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event of the tour being canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card issuers, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All our guests who make a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are responsible for planning accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. In case of no notification, it is the participant's responsibility to contact the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3>The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled provided that notice is given at least 2 days before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under the age of 12, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room allocation and room type are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided on tours. Participants are required to provide accurate date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, crowding, etc.) or due to non-compliance with the times communicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions during the reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The cancellation date is taken as the basis for applying the deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry requirements into the country are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the date of the tour due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times communicated by the guide, guests are obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in promotional and marketing activities.
By purchasing the tour, the customer is deemed to have accepted all items.
