  Reservation Options<\/h3>

  You can review installment options up to 12 months with your credit card on our website, or make a single payment with your bank card. You can contact us via our WhatsApp lines to create a reservation by making a prepayment (deposit) and completing the remaining payment in cash on the vehicle. You can come to our office to make a payment in cash or with your credit/bank card. You can make a prepayment with your credit card and secure the discounted price.   • Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.<\/li>
  • For tours requiring a Museum Card, the Museum Card can be obtained during the trip from the regions. The Museum Card fee is 60 TL. The student Museum Card fee is 30 TL. The Museum Card provides free entry to all museums in Turkey for one year.<\/li>
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 2 (two) days in advance. In case of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded to the participant as it was paid.<\/li>
  • Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. Additionally, there will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different points.<\/li>
  • Our agency reserves the right to make changes to the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.<\/li>
  • Our agency is not responsible for changes in the prices of extra paid activities in the regions during special periods.
  • We offer you the best prices available from local companies.<\/li>
  • Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.<\/li>
  • No tours will be conducted for which local authorities do not permit visits for any reason. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • Child discounts apply to children under 11 years of age, provided they stay with 2 adults.
  • Accommodations in programs with overnight stays are made in at least 5-star hotels. Changes can be made in hotels as long as they are of the same standards.
  • Mandatory travel insurance is provided during our tours. Date of birth and T.C. identity number must be presented. Our agency is not responsible for verifying this information. The consumer is obliged to provide accurate information.
  • Our agency is not responsible for tours that could not be conducted due to unforeseen reasons (weather, road, crowding at visited sites, etc.) or for guests not adhering to the times set by our guide, even if they are stated in the tour program.
  • Our guide reserves the right to make any changes to the program if deemed necessary.<\/li>
  • It is important to review your reservation document sent to your email after the reservation.
  • For programs that participants wish to cancel or transfer, the terms of the Cancellation Refund Transfer Agreement apply.<\/li>
