After handling our luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Basel at 12:10 PM on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 912. Upon our arrival in Basel at 1:25 PM local time, we begin our city tour with our waiting vehicle. Basel, the largest city in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, dazzles with both its modern and historical structures. Despite its small area, this city hosts many cultural riches, and we will visit important sites such as the Basel Cathedral, where the famous Renaissance writer Erasmus is buried, the city's main square Marktplatz, the Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Rois.
