• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definite and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any refund or compensation requests due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Information about the tour program and departure details will be sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that at least 2 days' notice is given. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visiting order, and departure times based on weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational necessities.
• Due to possible traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar busy periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and subject to additional fees. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour fee unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the guest's responsibility. Guests without a museum card can enter using current applications and ticket office procedures.
• Participants will be dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the start of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off is not performed except for operational obligations.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the participant's responsibility. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• It is mandatory to comply with the departure times specified by the guide. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Our tours include mandatory travel insurance. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the participant's responsibility.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes may be made, provided they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities in this regard must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The current sales contract provisions are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer transactions.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the cancellation right up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, within the package conditions.

On the 1st Day of our Lycia Fethiye Ölüdeniz Akyaka Swimming and Boat Tour from Izmir, we will meet with our esteemed guests and take a break for breakfast at the CNS facilities in Muğla. Here you can find many breakfast items such as Soup, Plate Breakfast, Pastry, and Bagel. After our breakfast, we reach Sakar Pass. We will photograph the magnificent view of Gökova Bay from Sakar Pass. Then we arrive in Gökova. After that, we reach Akyaka, which is famous for its award-winning architecture, especially the Nail Çakırhan House. After a short break by the Azmak River, we will join the first boat tour of our Lycia Tour with our esteemed guests participating in the Izmir Departure Lycia Fethiye Ölüdeniz Akyaka Swimming and Boat Tour. We start the Gökova Boat Tour (1st Boat Tour) with Reis Bey 1 Captain and Reis Bey 2 Captain. We begin to explore the unique bays of Gökova, where it is said that the palace of Poseidon, the god of the seas in mythology, lies beneath the sky-blue sea. Gelibolu Island, İncekum, Blue Cove, and Sedir Island, which is said to have the unique protected beach made of sands brought by ships from Egypt for Cleopatra by Marcus Antonius, will be among the places where we will anchor and swim. After this magnificent blue journey that will last all day, we return to Akyaka Town. We board our boats waiting for us on the Azmak River and enjoy the Azmak River Boat Tour (2nd Boat Tour). We have a pleasant tour in the Azmak River, which is home to hundreds of springs emerging from the Western Menteşe Mountains, where migratory birds rest, and has underwater vines extending up to 5 meters in some places. During this magnificent journey, you can touch the icy water and take plenty of photos. We leave Akyaka with the scent of the sea on us and head towards our hotel in Fethiye. On the 2nd Day of our Lycia Fethiye Ölüdeniz Akyaka Swimming and Boat Tour from Izmir, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will meet with our guide. A full-day Jeep Safari Tour & Diving Tour will be organized. After all these activities, we return to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation are at our hotel. Full Day Fethiye Jeep Safari: The jeeps we will use in our tour will come to our hotel at the time determined by our guide in the morning and pick us up. Our activity will take place in Fethiye Akdağ. We will have a lot of fun while having water fights during our activity. After the water fights, we reach Saklıkent Canyon, one of Turkey's most important canyons. We will enter this magnificent canyon, shaded by the Taurus Mountains, and take a short walk in its icy waters. Guests who wish can sip their hot tea or take advantage of activities such as zipline, bungee jumping, and ringo rafting. Then we will see Gizlikent Waterfall and head to Yakapark. After seeing the rainbow trout in icy pools amidst the fragrant pine and walnut trees, we will complete our tour. Extra Full Day Fethiye Diving Tour Lunch Included: We reach our diving boat with our specially sent transfer vehicle. After the information provided by instructors with CMAS, PADI, and SSI certifications, we head to the diving spots. Guests who will experience diving for the first time can do both “Discovery Diving” and professional dives. On the 3rd Day of our Lycia Fethiye Ölüdeniz Akyaka Swimming and Boat Tour from Izmir, guests who wish can do paragliding for an extra fee before breakfast and come to our hotel for breakfast. After having breakfast at our hotel, we meet with our guide to learn the details of the activities that can be done during the day. Based on this information, you can join one of the alternative tours. Dinner and accommodation are at our hotel. Full Day Twelve Islands Blue Voyage Boat Tour: We depart from the hotel at the time determined by our guide and reach the center of Fethiye. We embark on our Twelve Islands Boat Tour with Dolce Vita Boat & Captain Erdinç, where we can swim freely like dolphins in the beautiful bays and islands of Fethiye and Göcek, and enjoy the sight of blue and green together. On the 4th Day of our Lycia Fethiye Ölüdeniz Akyaka Swimming and Boat Tour from Izmir, after having our last open buffet breakfast at our hotel, we descend to Fethiye Ölüdeniz; after a short swimming break here, we first go to Yörük Market on the way after the exchange. Yörük Market introduces the Yörük culture of Fethiye, showcasing many plants, oils, and honey from Fethiye and its surroundings, and after tastings and promotions of Honey, Jam, Molasses, Olive Oil, guests who wish can shop. The circular of our Izmir Departure Lycia Fethiye Ölüdeniz Gökova Swimming and Boat Tour is valid as of the date published on 18.12.2025. Any circular published for the same tour at a later date will invalidate the previous one.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Cancellations of tour reservations can be made continuously up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. In tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information will be sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tours with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In case of cancellation of the tour by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational obligations, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment used. Due to the processing times of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants will be dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. No stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport times. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times specified on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not arrive, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make program changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for tours and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled provided that notice is given at least 2 days before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they share a room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels, provided they are of the same standards.
9-Room assignments and types are determined by the hotel management. The agency has no discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. An extra folding bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and T.C. identity number. Participants are responsible for the consequences of incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and busy periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement are an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The deduction rates specified in the Package Tour Agreement will be applied based on the cancellation date. Refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. third-party services are subject to the relevant company's conditions.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions. In these cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-In overseas tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, foreign exit fees, and entry conditions to the country are entirely the participant's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise at border crossings.
21-Price updates may be made until the tour date due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, and changes in taxes and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to participate in the tour program at their own expense. Any additional expenses incurred will be the participant's responsibility.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
All customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
