• Our agency is responsible for all trips and organizations mentioned in this program.
• The departure times specified by the guide are definitive and binding for all participants. To avoid disruption of the program, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes may be applied after the specified time. If the waiting time is exceeded, the vehicle will depart, and any requests for refunds or compensation due to the participant's inability to continue the tour will not be accepted.
• Tour program information and departure details are sent to your registered contact information before the tour date. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information.
• If the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to be realized, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that at least 2 days' notice is given. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full.
• The guide or our agency may make changes to the program flow, visit order, and departure times in accordance with weather conditions, traffic density, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, and operational requirements.
• Due to potential traffic and regional density during holidays, official holidays, semester breaks, and similar peak periods, changes or time restrictions may occur on the routes specified in the program.
• Extra activities included in the programs (boat tour, rafting, zipline, ATV, etc.) are optional and charged. These services are provided by third-party businesses in the region.
• Entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, national parks, beaches, and similar places are not included in the tour price unless otherwise stated in the program.
• In tours requiring a museum card, obtaining the card is the responsibility of the guest. Guests without a museum card can gain entry through current applications and box office procedures.
• Participants are dropped off at the stops where they boarded at the beginning of the tour. Off-route passenger drop-off is not performed except for operational necessities.
• The protection of personal belongings during the tour is the responsibility of the participant. Our agency cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• Compliance with the departure times specified by the guide is mandatory. Our agency is not responsible for any disruptions in the program due to delays caused by participants.
• In tours with swimming breaks, entering the sea or water is entirely the participant's responsibility.
• Our tours include mandatory travel insurance. The accuracy of the information shared for insurance procedures is the responsibility of the participant.
• In accommodation programs, hotel changes can be made as long as they are of the same standards.
• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in our agency's promotional activities. Guests with sensitivities regarding this matter must inform us in writing before the tour.
• The provisions of the current sales contract are valid for reservation, cancellation, refund, and transfer processes.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package can benefit from the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour within the package conditions.
On the 1st day of our Taste of Lycia Fethiye Akyaka Dalyan Tour from Izmir, we meet with our valued guests at the specified points and have our breakfast at Cevdet Usta located in Aydın Çine district (Extra). After the breakfast break, we reach Sakar Pass via Yatağan. From Sakar Pass, we see the magnificent view of Gökova Bay. Then we arrive in Gökova. After that, we reach Akyaka, which is highlighted by the architectural award-winning houses, especially the Nail Çakırhan House. After a short break by the Azmak River, we start our Gökova Boat Tour with our guests who wish to join, with Captain Kağan on Reis Bey 1 and Captain Hakan on Reis Bey 2. We begin to explore the unique bays of Gökova, which is said to be the palace of Poseidon, the god of the sea, located at the bottom of the deep blue sea. Gelibolu Island, İnce Kum, Lacivert Bay, and Sedir Island, known for its protected unique beach made of sands brought from Egypt by ships for Cleopatra by Marcus Antonius, will be among the places where we will anchor and swim. After this magnificent blue journey that will last all day, we return to Akyaka Town. We board our boats waiting for us at Azmak River and carry out our Azmak River Boat Tour (2nd Boat Tour Extra). We enjoy a pleasant tour on Azmak River, which is formed by the cold mountain water coming from hundreds of springs under the Western Menteşe Mountains, a resting place for migratory birds, with underwater vines extending up to 5 meters in places. During this magnificent journey, you can touch the ice-cold water and take plenty of photos. We leave Akyaka with the scent of the sea on us and head towards our hotel in Fethiye after a photo break on the Lovers' Path in Gökova. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel. On the 2nd day of our Taste of Lycia Fethiye Akyaka Dalyan Tour from Izmir, after our open buffet breakfast at the hotel, we meet with our guide to learn about the details of the activities that can be done during the day. In light of this information, you can choose from the following tours. After all our excursions, we return to our hotel. Accommodation and dinner will be at our hotel. In the evening, we will go on an extra tour to Fethiye Barlar Street with our guests who wish to join. (Extra). 1st Alternative: Full Day 12 Islands Boat Tour: We go to Fethiye marina with our guests who wish to join and board our boat waiting for us here. The main places we will see are Kızıl Ada, Göcek Island, Tavşan Island, Yassıcılar Island, Katrancı Bay, and Şövalye Island. After swimming breaks at these points, we reach Fethiye, and our guide will provide you with menu options for lunch. (3rd Boat Tour Lunch Included) (Extra) 2nd Alternative: Full Day Butterfly Valley Blue Voyage Boat Tour: We go to Belcekız Beach located at the foot of Babadağ with our guests who wish to join. From here, we start to explore the unique bays of Ölüdeniz with our boat, and first, we go to the famous Butterfly Valley, where hundreds of butterflies can be seen in season, famous for the Tiger Butterfly. You can walk in the valley or spend time on the beach to enjoy the unique sea. During our boat tour, we will have swimming breaks at Gemiler Island, Soğuksu Bay, and Aquarium Bay. (3rd Boat Tour Lunch Included) (Extra) 3rd Alternative: Full Day Fethiye Diving Tour: We reach our diving boat with our specially sent transfer vehicle. After the information provided by instructors with CMAS, PADI, and SSI certifications, we head to the diving spots. Guests who will dive for the first time will be able to do both “Discovery Diving” and professional dives. During this all-day activity, you will also have the chance to sunbathe and swim in the blue waters of Fethiye during our boat journey. (Lunch Included) (Extra) 4th Alternative: Full Day Fethiye Jeep Safari: In this extra tour, the jeeps we will use will come to our hotel at the time determined by our guide in the morning and pick us up. Our activity will take place in Fethiye Akdağ. We will have a lot of fun while having water fights during our event. After the water fights, we reach Saklıkent Canyon, one of Turkey's most important canyons. We will take a short walk in the icy waters of this magnificent canyon, which is located under the shadow of the Taurus Mountains. Guests who wish can sip their hot tea or take advantage of activities such as zipline and ringo rafting. Then we will have a pleasant walk at Gizlikent Waterfall. On the 3rd day of our Taste of Lycia Fethiye Akyaka Dalyan Tour from Izmir, after our last open buffet breakfast at the hotel, we descend to Fethiye Ölüdeniz, where we will have a short swimming break. After the break, we first go to Yörük Market on the way. Here, the Yörük culture of Fethiye is introduced, and many plants, oils, and honey from Fethiye and its surroundings are presented, and after tastings of Honey, Jam, Molasses, Olive Oil, guests who wish can shop. Then we arrive in Dalyan, which is a natural channel of the fjord type called Calbis in ancient times, connecting Köyceğiz Lake to the sea, accompanied by the trio of sea, beach, and sun, rich in history and nature. The brochure for the Taste of Lycia Fethiye Akyaka Dalyan Tour from Izmir is valid as of 31.01.2026. Any subsequent brochure for the same tour will invalidate the previous one.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS Tour reservations can be canceled uninterruptedly up to 48 hours before the tour departure time, and the full amount paid will be refunded. For tours organized during special periods such as holidays, semester breaks, New Year's, official holidays, etc., cancellations and refunds cannot be made 4 days (96 hours) before and after the tour date. Refund requests made outside the specified periods are not possible. In cases where the refund period has passed, participant information on the reservation can be changed depending on availability. Name changes can be made. Tour details, departure times, departure points, and guide contact information are sent to our guests via SMS one day before the tour. In tour programs with flights, no refunds will be made under any circumstances due to airline and operational conditions. In the event that the tour is canceled by the agency due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or operational necessities, the tour fee paid by the guest will be refunded in full without any deductions. Refunds are made through the method of payment made. Due to the processing times of banks and card issuers, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account may vary. All guests making a reservation are deemed to have accepted the above cancellation, refund, and change conditions.
General Information for All Tours:
1-Participants are dropped off at the point where they boarded the vehicle. There will be no stops or passenger drop-offs at different points outside the program. The start and end times of the tour may not coincide with public transport schedules. Participants are obliged to plan accordingly. The times indicated on the website are for informational purposes. The exact meeting time, departure point, and guide information will be communicated to participants via SMS or written notification before the tour. If the notification does not reach them, the participant is responsible for contacting the office.
2-The agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, official authority decisions, force majeure, or operational necessities.
3-The agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
4-The type of vehicle used in the tours is determined according to the number of participants.
5-The agency cannot be held responsible for trips and activities that are not permitted by local authorities or cannot be carried out for security reasons.
6-In case the required number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the tour can be canceled with at least 2 days' notice before the tour date.
7-Child discounts apply to children under 12 years old, provided they stay in the same room with two adults.
8-Our agency reserves the right to change hotels while maintaining the same standards.
9-Room allocation and type are determined by the hotel management. The agency does not have discretion over room selection or floor selection.
10-In triple rooms, the third bed may not be a standard bed. A foldable extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
11-Mandatory travel insurance is provided in the tours. Participants must declare their correct date of birth and ID number. The participant is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect declarations.
12-The agency is not responsible for trips that cannot be made due to unforeseen reasons (weather conditions, traffic, density, etc.) or non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide.
13-The guide has the right to make necessary changes according to the flow of the program.
14-During holidays and peak periods, accommodation may be made in different hotels of the same standard. If necessary, the group may be split.
15-Verbal statements are not valid. The details written in the tour program and requests communicated in writing (via email) are taken as the basis.
16-Participants are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions at the time of reservation. It is the participant's responsibility to follow website updates. The website and Package Tour Agreement constitute an inseparable whole.
17-Our agency may make changes to the tour program based on seasonal conditions, road works, operational necessities, and service quality evaluations. The most recently published program is valid.
18-Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. The rates of deductions specified in the Package Tour Agreement are applied based on the cancellation date. The refund rules for transportation, flights, ferries, etc. are subject to the conditions of the relevant company.
19-The agency cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure such as pandemics, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, border closures, official authority decisions, etc. In such cases, the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply.
20-For international tours, the validity period of the passport, visa procedures, exit fees, and entry requirements to the country are entirely the responsibility of the participant. The agency is not responsible for any problems that may arise at border crossings.
21-The tour price may be updated until the tour date due to changes in exchange rates, fuel prices, taxes, and fees.
22-The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participation and regional conditions. The agency is not responsible for extra tours that cannot be conducted.
23-In case of non-compliance with the departure times indicated by the guide, the guest is obliged to join the tour program by their own means. Any additional expenses that may arise are the responsibility of the participant.
24-Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional and marketing activities.
Customers are deemed to have accepted all items when purchasing the tour.
